Finally! Charlie Chuck videos from GTI International
Big thanks to Josh Murrary for upping these to Youtube. We booked Charlie Chuck (Dave) to do a short gig on the uk-mkivs.net club at this years GTI International show. The show, held at Bruntingthorpe in near Northampton, is one of the biggest VW shows in the UK and is held annually each year. UK Tax on Bio Fuels Simplified
This one had been kept pretty quiet. From July onwards if you're producing 2,500L or less of fuel you now don't have to pay fuel duty. The HMRC website confirms this: http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/briefs/excise-duty/brief4307.htm In effect, if you can source your own spent cooking oil, refine it and use it you've got pretty much free fuel.
